A hydraulic drilling apparatus, especially a rock drill comprising a body, a cylinder in the body and a percussion piston reciprocating in the cylinder. A tool is connected to the body and a motor is provided for rotating the tool. A control valve is also provided for the percussion power. A control valve is also provided for regulating the motor speed. Both of these control valves are operated independently by one lever. A hydraulically operated flushing valve is also provided. A hydraulic pump and hydraulic channels coact to form a percussion circuit and a rotation circuit is parallelly coupled with the percussion circuit in relation to the hydraulic pump. A flushing valve circuit is controlled by the percussion circuit and a circuit for the free circulation of the hydraulic pump which is parallelly coupled with the percussion circuit in relation to the hydraulic pump. The circuits are connected to the hydraulic pump. The control valves are disposed in the body of the percussion apparatus with one of these valves being in the rotation circuit for controlling the flow rate which valve is a pressure-compensated flow control valve with a throttling control.

11 The invention relates to hydraulic drilling machines with a device for adjusting impact power and torque. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design of a hydraulic boring machine and increase the reliability of controlling its operation modes. Fig. 1 is a diagram of a drilling machine; - Fig. 2 is a diagram of a cl. Pan for controlling the hydraulic flow of a spinning motor. The drilling machine comprises a housing 1 in which a cylinder 2 and a percussion piston 3 are placed, reciprocating inside a cylinder. A tool 4 is attached to the housing 1, which is under the influence of the shock piston 3 on the one hand, and an engine 5 providing rotational movement with the other. Power transmission from the engine providing rotation to tool 4 is shown schematically with the help of gear wheels 6 and 7. The power supplied to the impact piston 3 is adjusted, as described later, by the power unit 8. The hydraulic pump 9 supplies oil to the power generating circuit 10 and a rotational circuit 11 which is connected in parallel to the shock power generation circuit. The flushing line 12 contains a flush valve 13, whose operation is controlled by the power generation circuit 10. The throttle unit 8 for controlling the impact power is connected in the free circulation line of the hydraulic pump 9 and further to the control valve 14 regulating the operation of the rotary device so that they can operate independently under the influence of a single control lever. The unit containing the control valve 14 and the throttle unit 8 is connected to the housing of the drilling device, as a result of which both the impact power and the rotational speed are controlled independently of each other with a single control lever during operation even with the use of hand held drilling devices. The interconnection of control valves 14 and throttles 8 is performed as follows. Being in the first position I, the control throttle 8 ensures the complete opening of the pump free circulation circuit, while the rotation circuit 572 11 is closed. The shock piston 3 and the engine providing rotation 5 do not work. In the second position II, the free circulation circuit is covered with a throttle so that an increase in pressure occurs in the hydraulic circuit 10 to such a value that it opens the expansion valve 13. The shock piston 3 and the engine providing rotation still do not work. In the third position III of the control throttle, the free circulation circuit is overlapped by the throttle valve so that the pressure in the shock power shaping circuit reaches a predetermined I value at which displacement of the shock piston 3 begins. At the same time, under the influence of the control valve 14, the hydraulic circuit opens engine 5, providing rotation to such an extent that there is an increase in flow rate to such a magnitude as to start the engine providing rotation 5. In h in the fourth position IV of the control throttle 8, the free circulation chain is completely blocked. At the same time, the throttle valve in the rotation circuit 11 is opened to the maximum, predetermined value. The working principle of the pressure compensated flow control valve 14 shown in FIG. 2 is as follows. The flow control valve maintains the volume of flow that flows or leaves the actuator (actuator) constant regardless of changes in the load. The condition in which the volume of flow through the valve throttle can remain constant is that the pressure difference acting on it is constant. The flow control valve is mounted with two throttles: adjustable throttle 15 and throttle 16, which varies in accordance with the movement of the slide 17. 1. HYDRAULIC DRILLING MACHINE, comprising a hammer drill with a percussion piston, a tool rotator motor, distributors and control valves for a percussion piston and a tool rotator motor, a rotor motor line, a percussion piston line and a free circulation line for a hydraulic pump, characterized in that, in order to simplify the design and increase reliability of the control modes of its operation, the engine control valve rotator tool is designed as a one com- pensate the pressure flow controller soedinennog o with a rotator motor distributor, and the shock piston control valve is made in the form of a throttle block installed in the free circulation line of the hydraulic pump and interlocked with the rotary motor control valve, while the drilling machine has a controlled flushing valve, the control chamber of which is connected to the shock piston line, and the pressure-compensated flow regulator and throttle unit are installed in the body of the shock piston.
